You can join the PTO multiple ways:
 

* PAPER: Print off the Membership Form (Found Below). Make out your check to MVES PTO. Send completed form and payment into the school with your child. Please mark on the envelope "PTO Membership".

* ONLINE REGISTRATION & PAY BY CHECK: Register online by filling out the form to the right. You can then send in payment with your child. Please mark the envelope "PTO Membership" and include a note that you registered online. 

* REGISTRATION ONLINE & PAY ONLINE: Register and pay online. Please follow the instructions below.

1) Register on the site and log-in.
 
2) Fill out the PTO Membership Form to the right.  If your user record was imported into the system, your contact information may already be filled in.  Please make sure it is accurate.
 
3) Click the Submit button to submit the Form.
 
4) Go to the School Store and "Add" the PTO Dues item.  Check out and pay.  (note: You will be given the option to pay by credit card or check.)
 
5) The PTO will notify you that your application has been processed.
